Dear younger self,
What limits you is the belief that because of your background, you cannot achieve great things like other people. From today, flee from self-pity. No matter your background know that you are worthy, you have your style as a person and that’s beautiful.
Focus on what you can do and do it well, learn from experts, people who inspire. Be humble enough to ask them questions about how they succeeded and what worked for them.You grew up as brilliant girl winning academic awards all because you believed in yourself and worked hard. Always understand that you can do better.
You are still confused about what career path to follow but tha’s fine don’t be too harsh on yourself. Reality will show you that the career you want to pursue right now might be completely different from what you eventually find yousefl pursuing. But again I will tell you that it’s alright because life is a journey of continuous self-discovery with endless opportunities.Raise your shoulders and own your worth gir! You will find yourself in platforms where people applaud your talent and energy whereas you are there constantly doubting yourself. Believe in yourself more and I bet you you will go round the world.
Relationship is part of life. It’s good to have a partner but the moment you realize that that person is limiting you, my dear run for your life. At times, the people you hold in high esteem might be the same people hindering your progress. Ignorance is another limitation, donot love ignorantly. Simply because a man buys you the latest things in fashion doesn’t necessarily mean he loves you. Don’t throw away your dreams because of temporary pleasure. Donot rush into any relationship, be mature enough to understand what it entails. Marriage is good but don’t see it as an achievement. Get a job and own your life, that’s the real achievement.
Some people believe you will never succeed, some will even say it to your face but their words and thoughts don’t define you. Take it upon yourself as a challenge to work hard to achieve your dreams.
